At the bridge, the Lovesong—under its nickel cap—warms the tone with richness and a singing quality, whilst a twist of the tone control restores the transparency of a single-coil pickup via coil tapping. The Sweet-V profile sits comfortably in the hand, and the fingerboard surface is rounded at the bottom and tapers off towards the top, where it leaves room for bends.
